Displaying images in posts
« on: 29-11-2017, 16:01:43 »
It has been reported that images are not displaying in posts, in spite of using the [img] codes correctly - also some online smilies sites don't display either. I have checked this and tinypic no longer works for me, also yoursmiles.org. I have looked to see if anyone has raised this on the support forum, and they have. Create-a-Forum's reply was to make sure the web address started https and not http. However, this doesn't make any difference.

Harley Quin is a mystery. He appears and disappears unexpectedly and by strange tricks of light and reflections; making his clothes seem brightly multicoloured like the theatrical Harlequin.

Create-a-Forum have now fixed this issue, so all should now work.

NB To get smilies from a site such as yoursmiles.org appear, you must delete the site url address. If you click on Quote on my post, you will be able to see how it is written.

Just for your Info Harley ...dammed if I know what a 'url address' is , but I found that using copy & paste works , though it doesn't show the smilie straight away ! If you log off that post then come back to it , the smilie then shows  ???
